Good morning, we already have an agency handling this for us. Regards
Drop itDropped. They already have someone, and pushing would burn the contact.

Pass it onPassed on. They say they’re fine as they are, but they ask for a call. That’s a yes.

Get back to me in February, the budget is frozen right now.

How many calls do you need to break even?
Put in your numbers.
You break even with
2calls a month
Each call is worth about €2,000 to you.
With 4 calls a month you sign about 10 new clients a year. Every month you sign contracts worth about €8,000.
The numbers hold up.

Gabriele Bollino, GTM Engineer and Founder of ClevelOS
ClevelOS is my GTM Engineering Studio. I personally work with a small number of companies. No juniors and no rotating team.
In two years at a start-up I acquired and managed more than 150 B2B clients. Before that I opened the ICT sales division at a group with a billion euros in revenue, and at a large corporation I ran 7 branches.
I work as your sales partner. If something isn’t working I tell you, even when you won’t like it.
…we knew we were relying on someone serious and well prepared. The result didn’t disappoint.

The usual questions.
I study your market, build the lists and write the messages. I send the emails and keep your domain protected. Then I read the replies, drop anyone who isn’t the right client for you and pass on the good ones. You reply and book the call. Demo, negotiation and closing stay with you.
Not much, but not zero. At the start I need a couple of hours to understand your offer, your clients and your market. Then you approve the strategy and the messages. We talk twice a month, and for everything else there’s Slack. You reply to the people I pass on and you take the calls.
I don’t promise a number of calls. It depends on how many target companies are out there, how clear the problem you solve is and how much a client is worth. The calculator above tells you how many calls you need to cover my cost, with your own numbers. On the call we look at the numbers for your case and see if it makes sense to work together.
That happens a lot. Before redoing anything, I look at what you sent, who you sent it to and from which addresses. The problem is usually there, and it can be fixed. If the right channel is a different one, I’ll tell you.
From my infrastructure, which is included in the price. I set it up and I run it. I never use your company address, so your emails to your clients don’t end up in spam. The person who gets the email reads it as if you had written it.
A fixed monthly investment, everything included: my work, the strategy, the lists, the messages and the addresses the emails go out from. One invoice, no setup fee. In exchange I ask to share the results as a case study.
Month to month, no minimum term. If you want to stop, tell me by the 15th and the next month doesn’t start. The plan I recommend lasts 4 months. First the setup, then the test, so you have real numbers to decide whether to keep going.
I almost always start with email, because it’s the channel you can measure best. What I change is the way I write. Sometimes I write to people who already know you. Sometimes to companies that just hired or opened a new office. Sometimes I describe a problem I can see from the outside. If your case needs a different channel, I’ll tell you on the call.
B2B companies that are already selling. For example software companies, agencies, B2B services, manufacturing, industrial automation and system integrators.
It makes sense if:
- You already have paying clients.
- You can say in one sentence who you sell to and what problem you solve.
- You or your team have time for the calls.
- One client is worth enough to pay for the work.
- You know the first months are for testing.
- You let me share the results as a case study.
It doesn’t make sense if:
- Your offer changes every month.
- You want someone to close deals for you.
- You expect results in two weeks.
- You only look at the price.
Book a 30-minute call.
I’ll tell you what I would do, what it costs and whether it’s worth it. Even when the answer is no.
